These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the MojLogo logo maker available at mojlogo.com. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

MojLogo is an online logo creation platform that allows users to generate and download custom logos. MojLogo is owned and operated by VOXERN, obrt za usluge i trgovinu, vl. Robert Dusper.

2. Intellectual Property & Icon Licensing

MojLogo uses graphic icons and visual elements provided by Flaticon. We hold a valid Flaticon Premium license, which allows commercial use of icons within generated logo designs.

  • Icons used in logos are licensed for use as part of a finished logo design.
  • Users are not permitted to extract, resell, redistribute, or separately license individual icons.
  • The license applies only to logos created and downloaded through MojLogo.

3. User Rights & Responsibilities

Upon successful payment, the user receives the right to use the generated logo for personal and commercial purposes.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the logo meets your legal and business requirements.
  • You must not use the service for unlawful, misleading, or infringing purposes.

4. Payments & No Refund Policy

All purchases made on MojLogo are final.

  • Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of the product, no refunds are provided.
  • Once a logo is generated and/or downloaded, the transaction is considered completed.
  • By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to waive your right to withdrawal.

5. Availability & Technical Limitations

We strive to ensure continuous availability of the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary outages or technical issues may occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

MojLogo and Voxern shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, branding issues, or business interruption.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The competent court shall be the court in Trogir.
